We picked up a new 2024 blacked out Road Glide in Onyx Pearl yesterday and could not be happier! We started off at Motor City HD and it was a disaster with a serious lack of communication and pricing that was outrageous and almost deceitful. By chance Courtney happened to email me within hours regarding a inquiry I had made and the rest is history! I went in on Wed night and Courtney introduced us to Andreas and we went over numbers....no nonsense, no gongs, "swag" or any of the silly stuff....direct to the point, great numbers both on the sale, add ons and the trade that they knew was my sticking point. I can't express our gratitude in helping us get our dream bike and making the process so easy, we are very loyal customers when taken care of and you have gained a customer for life! I just finished my MSF course at Arsenal Harley and I am so happy I chose them. J Money and Johnny Love are hands down the best rider coach's! The class was fun and informative. They took the time to listen and answer all questions we had, as well as give us one on one tips to help us improve as we went on. You can tell they have a passion for getting safe riders out on the road! It was honestly amazing to participate and learn from them. They got me over my fear of the throttle, and now every time I take off all I hear is I wanna hear that purr! When we passed we went down stairs and the coachs and dealership had a little graduation ceremony for us. It was a day I will never forget! Thank to J money, Johnny Love and the staff at Arsenal Harley for this once in lifetime experience!
