CHARITABLE DONATION REQUEST GUIDELINES

Arsenal Harley-Davidson prides itself on being an involved member of our community and focuses its philanthropic efforts on 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that serve veterans, first responders, children, health-related causes and the riding community in Southeast Michigan. In any given year, we receive numerous requests for donations. In order to manage these requests, we require that ALL organizations submit a Donation Request Form.

Donation Request Forms are reviewed quarterly at the beginning of January, April, July, and October. Should we determine the request meets our guidelines and mission, we will contact you.


DONATION GUIDELINES :

We need one month in advance for donaiton requests, at that time the request will be reviewed. If we decide to accept the request, we will contact you. Please keep in mind that we do NOT do monetary donations at this time.

Please provide us with a copy of the ride waiver that you have participants sign if this is a ride event. If you would like ABC Harley-Davidson to be the sponsor of your ride, your riders will be required to sign our event waiver form. In addition, you must provide a copy of your insurance policy naming ABC Harley-Davidson as an "additional insured" under your policy for the event.
